Upcoming Health Education Promotion Forum: Age UK
We are happy to announce that we will be having an additional forum for patients that will be delivered by Katalin from Age UK.
It will be on the 4th of March 2026 at 6pm and held at Hampstead Group Practice and all patients are welcome to attend.
Age UK Camden is a local charity supporting older people to improve their wellbeing and quality of life and to enable them to stay active and connected. There are a variety of services offered with practical and person-centred support which you will learn about during the presentation.

Upcoming Health Education Promotion Forum: Maggie’s
If you or someone you love has been diagnosed with cancer, Maggie's can help.
We are pleased to announce that we will be holding a forum that will be delivered by Temi at Maggie’s. They provide cancer support at their centre, which is located at The Royal Free Hospital.
All their cancer support specialists have expert knowledge about cancer and treatment, and many are NHS-trained.
It will be held on the 12th of March 2026 at 6pm at Hampstead Group Practice, all patients are welcome to attend.

Patient Participations Group
Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of volunteers who are consulted on a range of matters relating to Hampstead Group Practice. Our PPG works constructively to improve the provision of health care. It meets 3 times a year and functions as a link between patients and the practice.

Take A Test UK
We have recently started working with Take A Test UK, where patients can request a swab test if they have a respiratory illness to check for viruses.
If you have respiratory symptoms (e.g. cough, sore throat runny nose, shortness of breath), you can access a free surveillance kit via www.takeatestuk.com – just use the code F83017
You will receive COVID-19, Flu and RSV results, and help UK Health Security Agency track these viruses in the population.

Measles in Camden
Measles cases are rising in Camden. The MMR vaccine protects against measles, mumps and rubella, serious illnesses that can cause pneumonia, deafness & brain swelling.
The vaccine is available free of charge from us. Two doses of the MMR vaccine provide life-long protection.
If your child isn’t fully vaccinated, contact us today on 0207 435 4000 to make an appointment.
There are also additional community catch-up clinics delivered by Vaccination UK across our borough.

Join the Flok Health
This month we were excited to start working with Flok Health to help patients with lower back pain as part of NHS Camden MSK.
What is Flok Health?
Flok Health is the UK’s first digital physiotherapy clinic, specialising in the assessment and treatment of lower back pain. It combines the benefits of AI with a team of expert physiotherapists to deliver digital treatment appointments, entirely personalised for patients with no waiting times.
How Flok works?
- Access digital treatment plans and videos 24/7
- Ask questions to an AI physiotherapist and receive instant answers
- A team of physios and doctors monitor your recovery remotely
- Arrange a telephone consultation if more information is required, or to further optimise the treatment plan
Who can take part?
- Adults aged 18-75 registered with a Camden GP for lower back pain
- Up to 500 patients will be enrolled on a first-come-first-served basis
